We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
- Missing items in the order
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video, if available
Non-returnable items:
- Bulk customized orders
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without approval
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
